Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in original conditions, with original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at service@bellsstudio.com.  

Include your name, order number, and a photo of the item if possible. We will take care of the issue.

We are responsible for items until they are delivered to you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as personalized items), sale items may be excluded from voluntary return policies but do not affect your statutory rights.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period  

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving your return.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
