Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Some products are part of a limited production run — please allow 5–8 working days before shipping them.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
Please note that fulfillment times may vary during sales periods or holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please allow additional time in transit.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so changes may not always be possible once they have been placed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at service@shopbellsstudio.com with your name and order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Order confirmation and tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information (if applicable). Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Please note: not all shipments include tracking. Untracked shipping options may be available for certain items and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Customs & Import fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, order additional dees that mach apply in their country
Delays
Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect shipping address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request an address change by contacting service@shopbellsstudio.com with your name and order number.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or redirection are no longer possible.
If an order is marked as having an incomplete address, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at service@shopbellsstudio.com.
We are responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to you and will work with you to resolve the issue.
